Meeting the Surveyor and one of the office team was a joy. The team who carried out the work were both very good and also very approachable when I asked questions.

The installation - plasterer - electrician - painter were all great guys with only a slight tidying up after they’d left … Only criticism I have is that I booked it after being told it would be 10x days maximum but it was over by a week  or more which I hadn’t been prepared for . Everything was explained and all the trades arrived when they were supposed to, they were all friendly and helpful and tided up as they went,  the new conservatory roof has made a massive difference to the use of the room. The cost was very reasonable and I am sure the work will add to the value of the property when we sell in the future and we will be able to spend more time in the room.

Company promise all types of assistance when selling. Cannot get even the most basic information from them post completion (and money handed over) to allow me to obtain a completion certificate for the work. Just will not respond to emails requesting information. Now having to report them to Trading Standards. I can only think other reviews are made up. Do not go near.
